Use the house for strategic planning, leadership transitions, difficult conversations, creative problem-solving, or simply diving into the work of figuring out what comes next—all while surrounded by a little more beauty and a little less distraction. For teams working through particularly complex or challenging questions, optional facilitated sessions—including collaborative games such as The Quiet Year—can surface assumptions and provide a different way into difficult conversations, while helping teams imagine possibilities together.
